Volunteer Page Refresh
for Conversions

The challenge
A local sports organization needed new volunteers in multiple areas, but their volunteer page wasn’t generating many leads from online visitors.

The strategy
Streamlined the user journey with one general interest form and display the brand’s values and personality (fun and leisure) in the messaging.

The execution
I wrote fresh copy that focused on clarity in the details and the idea that volunteering doesn’t have to be hard. In the redesign, I added images, clear role titles, and on-brand UI copy.

The outcome

  • Increased volunteer interest through clearer messaging and a simplified form

  • Saw a noticeable uptick in online form submissions after launch

  • Helped align the page experience with the brand’s tone: fun, friendly, and approachable

Summer Camps Page Optimization
for Conversions

The challenge
Our page, Free or Low Cost Summer Camps for Dallas Students, was pulling in lots of organic search visitors every year as summer approached. It had gone unnoticed, so the content was outdated and didn’t convert visitors into leads or registrations.

The strategy
Leveraged the traffic by adding a simple lead capture form early in the season to gather interest, then updated the page with registration details once available, while maintaining SEO value and a clear user path.

The execution
I added a short, user-friendly lead form to the page before registration opened to collect potential camper info. Once registration was live, I replaced the form with registration info and clear CTAs to guide visitors through sign-up.

The outcome

  • Captured early leads from organic visitors before registration started

  • Increased user engagement with timely and relevant registration info

  • Turned an outdated page into a conversion-focused marketing asset without sacrificing SEO performance
